Whenever the firearm licence is no longer useful for any person or organization, the firearm licence should be deposited with the government, and if the firearm is still in the possession of such a person or organization, then the firearm should be deposited with the police department. If the person or organization does not deposit the weapon, then legal action is taken against such a person or organization as if the weapon were illegally kept.
